Delivery times Belgium Orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day, between 8am—6pm. Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered on Monday, between 8am—6pm. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered within 2 business days. For example: Orders placed after 11am on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Delivery times The Netherlands + Luxembourg Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 business days, between 8am—6pm. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered within 3 business days. For example: Orders placed after 11am on Monday will be delivered on thursday.

Belgium and all countries within the European Union* are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Switzerland and Norway
All orders to Switzerland and to Norway are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Belgian VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by TNT by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by ICON even in the case that the articles should be returned.
All orders are fully traceable through the TNT website. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the TNT tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

ICON insures each purchase against theft and accidental damage during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ICON.
From time to time, ICON runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
To return an item, please contact our customer care by mail. We will then arrange for a pick up to return the goods and send you a return label by mail. Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ICON and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If the items are correctly returned, we will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged by TNT on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by ICON in case the articles are returned.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund and shipping cost will be refunded. Simply request a return through your ICON account and send the faulty goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within 2 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
