Delivery

Belgium

All orders for delivery in Belgium are shipped with TNT and require a signature upon delivery. TNT usually operates between 8am—6pm on business days.

Please note that TNT cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders containing sale items may take a further 48 hours to arrive.

When you order several products at once, and when these products have different time delays, the longest time delay is applicable.

Countries within the European Union* + Switzerland and Norway

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered on Monday, between 8am—6pm.
Orders placed after 11am will be delivered within 2 business days.
For example: Orders placed after 11am on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.

Taxes and duties

Belgium and all countries within the European Union* are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Switzerland and Norway

All orders to Switzerland and to Norway are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Belgian VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by TNT by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by ICON even in the case that the articles should be returned.

Order tracking

Belgium + Countries within the European Union* + Switzerland + Norway

All orders are fully traceable through the TNT website. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the TNT tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Insurance

ICON insures each purchase against theft and accidental damage during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ICON.

Free shipping

From time to time, ICON runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item, please contact our customer care by mail. We will then arrange for a pick up to return the goods and send you a return label by mail. Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ICON and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If the items are correctly returned, we will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

    • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
    • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
    • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
    • All refunds cover the price of the product but exclude the shipping cost
    • The time it takes to receive your refund can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
    • When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
    • Returns of SALE items are at your expense. We will charge you for the shipping cost of your return on SALE items. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you need extra information on fit or sizing before purchasing, feel free to contact us for help.

Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged by TNT on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by ICON in case the articles are returned.

 

ICON quality guarantee

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund and shipping cost will be refunded. Simply request a return through your ICON account and send the faulty goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within 2 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

Disputes

In case of disputes, only the Belgian court is competent. If you need to file a dispute towards ICON or our products, you can visit http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
